Relaxation and fun were exactly what 海角社区 provided on the eve of the ahead of the nail-biting National Spelling Bee Finals for parish champions. Delroy Scarlett, Chief, Retail Sales at 海角社区, helped to provide that sense of calm and confidence, as he reminded the students that they were all champions no matter the outcome of the competition.
“Your dedication, hard work, and passion for language have set you apart, and we are immensely proud of each and every one of you,” he said.
He also lauded the coaches and parents for their invaluable contribution to the spellers’ development.
“Let us not forget the backbone of the spelling bee competition – the coaches, parents and guardians. Your unwavering commitment to nurturing these young minds is truly commendable. Your guidance has not only shaped them as spellers but also as individuals with the resilience to face any challenge. We salute you for your dedication and applaud the vital role you play in molding the leaders of tomorrow,” he stated.
